The Trident MK2 CRB utilizes a free floating DEFIANCE TR110 keymod hand guard. 3 prongs at the front can be used to brace the gun, eliminating the need for an aftermarket stop accessory. The MK2 aluminum body feature a stamped KRYTAC logo and an integrated enlarged trigger guard. Ambidextrous controls and a locking cycling system provides easy access to the KRYTAC rotary hop-up system which has 15 adjustment settings and a numbered adjustment wheel for a quick reference. The KRYTAC adjustable battery stock features 2 different battery configurations, nunchuck style batteries can fit in the tubes or a small lithium polymer bricks can fit in front of the buttpad. A 3rd option is a stick battery in the buffer tube.

Internals: Reinforced 8mm ball bearing gearbox w/ integrated MOSFET that regulates electronic signals and protects the trigger contacts. The corners of the gearbox that feature a smooth radius to prevent fracture and the gearbox shell has a small window installed on the left side where lubrication can be without disassembly. Other features include a modular spring guide system for quick changes, the piston is made of a durable polymer that has 4 metal teeth and the 2nd to last tooth absent, the Cylinder head is padded with an enlarged rubber bumper that absorbs impact, and the materials of the gears have been Rockwell tested to handle much higher than industry norms. The KRYTAC high torque motor is capable of hitting 30,000 revolutions per minute unloaded.
